The March Maths Challenge is all about Symmetry. Something is symmetrical when it is the same on both sides. A shape has symmetry if a central dividing line (a mirror line) can be drawn on it, to show that both sides of the shape are exactly the same. When you are out and about, see if you can spot symmetry in the environment. This could be man-made structures or symmetry in nature. Take pictures of the examples of symmetry you find. You could collate them into different categories such as natural / man-made or reflection / rotational. Please bring your work in by the 31st March.
