Fortnightly Maths Challenge
This fortnight’s challenge involves cooking! You could bake a cake, make some biscuits or follow a recipe to help make dinner for the family. You will be practising your maths skills through measuring weight and volume. You may want to practice your doubling skills by making a larger batch than the recipe states. Write out your recipe and take photos of you measuring out the ingredients as well as the finished food. Please don't bring food in, a picture poster and recipe will be fab for the display board.
Alternatively, if any of you are planning on visiting London in half term and are going to Kings Cross, you could complete the family maths trail attached and discover the maths around the area.
You can find the copy of the worksheet in “Our children” section of our website. Good luck.
