Special visitor at Parkgate School

After the school summer fair last Saturday we had a visit from Miss Hemsall later Mrs Asquith, who taught at Parkgate in the 1950s!  She and her family were passing and found the door open so popped in.  She remembers when juniors was upstairs and infants downstairs. 
We showed her and her family some of the school history on the wall.

She was very happy to be able to visit Parkgate school again after so many years and felt very welcome indeed!
