Year 6 Activity Week
Fri 05 Jul 2019What a lovely, sunny week we have had!
Year 6 have enjoyed the sunshine while making some much needed improvements to the playground. We started off the week making a horrendous mess with pasta and marshmallows but ended the week by creating a wonderful, calm garden space, complete with painted tables and hand-made flower pots. Come and have a look next to the games shop when you get a chance!

Day 4 - morning
Thu 04 Jul 2019Everyone had a super early night and looked so much brighter this morning. The campfire last night was great and no one complained about going to bed. By 9.45pm, everyone was asleep. The staff were not far behind.
This is morning everyone has spent a lot of their time in safety harness. There have been lots of climbing activities as well as problem solving activities- these have meant lots of discussions/arguments! We tried a new activity called buggy building which has been a lot of fun.
The Cricketers are off to St Albans tomorrow for the County Final so the Cricketers will be leaving at 7.00 am. Go Parkgate Go.!

Photos day 3
Wed 03 Jul 2019We are experiencing technical difficulties due to poor signal, so if you haven’t seen your child in a picture, I am very sorry. The children are all well and we have sent lots of pictures to our website administrator so they will be put up on Friday.
We are at the campfire tonight and everyone is singing, shouting and telling jokes. All are very tired so it is an early night.
Sleep well yourselves.
