Thank you to all the PTA and parents for the recent PTA events, including the arts and crafts afternoon, the disco and the rainbow hampers this week. We are so lucky to have such an active PTA and this week the money was spent on the Pantomime. It was Peter Pan this year and a lot of fun was had by all! Each year we collect Christmas boxes for clients of Age UK. A few years ago we realised that there were lots of older people who had no one to spend Christmas with and that they didn't get any presents. As a school, the children decided to create boxes to send out with small gifts inside, such as chocolates, hand cream, socks, a puzzle book etc. We have carried on this tradition and each year, the local Age UK comes to distribute the gifts to older people in need. We do not have many boxes this year, and I am asking if you can make up a box over the weekend. We would really appreciate it. They are coming to pick them up on Tuesday.
