    Fundraising Fun

    These two children from year 6 had a wonderful idea to help raise some money by selling little toys and accessories at the school Disco. They raised over £100 and will be splitting the profit between the PTA and The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.

    Children in Need

    It was lovely to see all the children in their spots. We had a Pudsey competition for 50p, where the children designed a new bandage for Pudsey; the School Council will judge the entries. A winner will be chosen from each year group and they will receive a prize!

    Year 4 Thames River Workshop

    This week year 4 had a visit from the Thames Explorer Trust and took part in a workshop looking at the river Thames, its wildlife, human impacts, its geography and the role the port made in making London a major city. They also looked at the River Nile which linked to our History theme of Egyptians.
