This week, we held our Harvest Festival assembly where we welcomed a guest speaker from a local food bank. Our visitor spoke about the meaning of harvest and explained how the food bank supports local families. Each class then sang the Harvest song they had been practising. We have some wonderful singers at Parkgate, and it was lovely to hear the children performing together.
I would like to say a very big thank you to our families for your kind donations to the food bank. Your generosity will help support
people in our local community.
