Online Safety
eSafety Advice
The internet and related technologies, including mobile phones, gaming consoles and social networks, are increasingly important in the daily lives of our children and have many positive benefits.
The challenge for parents, carers and teachers is to make sure that our children are aware and understand how to be safe when using the internet and related technologies.
Key advice for children (eSafety rules)
- Keep your personal details private
- ThinkB4U post, send or forward
- Do not share your passwords with others
- Tell a trusted adult about any Cyberbullying or eSafety incident and do not retaliate
- Know how to keep yourself safe
