We are very pleased to offer before and after school provision on site, to help working parents who require out of school hours care for their children. 

Our Breakfast Session runs from 7.30am to 8.40am and costs £5.00.  Children are provided with breakfast and can then play before starting school. 

Our After School Sessions run between 3.15pm and 6.00pm.  Parents can either book 3.15pm – 4.30pm at a cost of £7.00 or the full session for £12.50.  Children can also take part in other clubs then come to after school club at 4.15pm for £5.50.  Children will be provided with an after school snack.  All food will be provided whether the child eats or not.  Children must be registered at our school to be able to attend and it is run by staff who are employed by the school. 

The aim of the Parkgate Junior School club is for the children to have safe, happy fun at the beginning and end of the school day.  It is run as a not for profit club, meeting the needs of wrap around care for our pupils and their families. 

During the sessions the pupils will have activities and theme days and a relaxing area for those who wish to enjoy a chat.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR CHILD’S SESSIONS

You must register your child in advance for their sessions for Parkgate Pirates for each week on Arbor.  If you do not book the place, then your child may not be able to attend.  We need to have children registered for safeguarding purposes and to arrange safe staffing levels and food for the week.

TO BOOK SESSIONS

1. On your home screen look for Activities
2. Click on Clubs
3. Click on the club that you want to register your child for (eg Breakfast Club or After School Club)
4. In the right hand corner – Click on register (YOUR CHILD’S NAME) for this club
5. Under Membership Option select Daily and click Next
6. Under Membership Periods select which days you want to book your child on for

Please then follow any further instructions to complete the booking.

If you are paying the school directly, you will not be able to book their place until you have put credit onto your account.  If you are paying using Childcare Vouchers, then please arrange payment as soon as you have made your booking.  To assist with the administration, please could we ask parents to make payments on a monthly basis where possible.

Please note that the school cannot provide invoices to parents for the Parkgate Pirates Club.  However, parents are able to access the invoices themselves on the Arbor App.

TO ACCESS YOUR INVOICES:

3. Under Accounts:  Click on Parkgate Pirates

Payments:  Shows how much you’ve paid and when the payments were made

Invoices:  Shows the date of the payment and which session the payment was for
