On Saturday 23rd March, four Year 5 children took part in the Watford and District Year 5 Cross Country finals in Cassiobury Park. Eliana, Clara, Sara and Harvey had previously come in the top 10 of the girls and boys races held in November. Billy had also qualified, but was unable to compete in the finals due to injury. They represented Parkgate along with children from schools across Watford, Garston, Rickmansworth, Croxley Green, Chorleywood, Abbots Langley and Bedmond. They were all amazing and showed great determination on a hard course of 1700m. Well done - we are very proud of you!
