Christmas Carol Singing
Fri 17 Dec 2021Year 6 children had lots of fun decorating the playground for our Christmas Carol signing taking place after school today.
We look forward to seeing you all very shortly for spiced apple juice, mulled wine and mince pies with Carols led by the Singing Club.

Year 4 Egyptian Day
Fri 17 Dec 2021On Friday 10th December, Year 4 travelled back in time to Ancient Egypt for their Egyptian Day. Pupils and teachers alike dressed in wonderful costumes and learned all about life in Ancient Egypt. They discovered fascinating facts about the pharaohs, used Egyptian measuring techniques, and even got to handle some Egyptian artefacts. They all had a really great day.

Come and have a Mince Pie and Carol Singing
Wed 15 Dec 2021On Friday at the end of school, we will be singing altogether on the playground. Please do join us for a mince pie and some carols. We have asked the Year 3's to sing carols and Year 5 to sing a carol from their play. We will be led by the choir as well, so please do come along to sing with your children. 109 Christmas boxes and counting

Netball Match vs Alban Wood School
Fri 03 Dec 2021On Monday, Parkgate Netball club attended their first match in two years against Alban Wood school. It was a fantastic match with great interceptions and goals from both teams. The final score was 8—4 to Alban Wood despite an amazing last quarter.

Age UK & Year 4 - Arts & Crafts via Zoom
Fri 03 Dec 2021Unfortunately, Age UK were not able to visit our school due to Covid restrictions as they would usually do but they still managed to have a lovely time doing arts and crafts with our year 4 children via Zoom call this morning. Everyone had a fantastic time despite a few technical issues. Hopefully, they will be able to visit our school very soon!
