Obtuse, acute, right angle…do you know the difference? Your maths challenge this month is to find a variety of different angles in your local environment. Where can they be found? They could be inside or out, natural and manmade. Measure and compare them if possible. How many right angles can you find? Take pictures of your findings. What is the biggest angle you can find? What is the smallest? Please bring your work in by Friday 27th May. We can’t wait to see who is going to be our Angle Angel!

Year 3 Animals UK Workshop
Tue 03 May 2022On Friday 29th May, Year 3 met lots of rainforest animals. The first animal that we saw was a tortoise, he had an interesting pattern on his shell and his name was Bubba Saur. The second animal was an undercover coral snake and her name was Coral. We saw a bearded dragon, he was an orange and peach colour and his name was Charminder. The fourth animal we saw was a chameleon who changed colour by his emotions. His name was Kami-Kaze. We also saw a smelly meerkat, a fluffy tarantula, that some people held and a skunk. We really enjoyed meeting all the animals and holding them. The cutest one was the tarantula!
